Kidron Wind is an abstract expressionistic rendition of the view of the southern valley of the Temple Mount painted from the Haas Promenade in Jerusalem. The artist's main consideration was expressing the dynamic energy of this historic place and laying down paint with gusto. He describes this struggle to capture the spirit of the place in the painting as a search to reclaim our sacred bond to the land.
